By downloading or using Capi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Capi will not take it personally. Probably.
Capi is a screen time companion app. It estimates your device usage with Apple's Screen Time framework and shows a capybara's reaction to it. Capi is for information and motivation only; it does not block apps and it is not a medical or therapeutic product.
Capi Premium is an auto-renewable subscription ($2.99 per week or $19.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Accessories (hats) are non-consumable in-app purchases. They are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on a new device with 'Restore purchases'.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app. The capybara artwork and the Capi brand belong to the developer and may not be reused without permission.
Screen time on iOS is estimated from usage thresholds and is approximate by design. Capi's judgments are delivered on a best-effort basis and with limited sympathy.
The app is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
