By downloading or using Capi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Capi will not take it personally. Probably.
Capi is a screen time and focus companion for iOS and Android. With your permission, it monitors device usage and can block apps you select during voluntary focus sessions. It also offers offline missions and cosmetic accessories. Capi is for information and motivation; it is not a medical or therapeutic product, parental control or tamper-proof restriction.
Capi Premium is an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. Your store displays the local price, billing period, any eligible trial or discount, and renewal terms before you confirm. Payment is processed by your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Unless cancelled through that store, the subscription renews according to the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings; uninstalling Capi does not cancel them. Trial eligibility and refund requests are governed by the applicable store's rules. Accessories are purchased separately from Premium.
Purchasable accessories are non-consumable: buy once and restore using the same store account with 'Restore purchases'. Some accessories may also be earned through goals; the crown is earned only. Earned progress is stored locally. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple App Store and Google Play.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app. The capybara artwork and the Capi brand belong to the developer and may not be reused without permission.
iOS screen time is estimated from usage thresholds. Android usage depends on operating-system reports and granted permissions. Blocking, reminders and overlays can be affected by device settings, battery management or revoked permissions. Do not rely on Capi for safety-critical restrictions. Capi's judgments are delivered on a best-effort basis and with limited sympathy.
The app is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
